Holiday Shipping Methods and Cutoff Dates
To ensure you receive your order by December 24th, please see the shipping cutoff dates below.
Orders placed after the cutoff dates will still be processed regularly but may experience some delays in transit due to the busy shopping season.

Methods & Timelines
Taxes/Duties: All orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected during checkout. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery.
CAN PO Box Shipping: We are unable to service PO Boxes at the moment. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.
Economy Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and all U.S. federal holidays, before your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping / Delivery Time: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as the shipping label is generated. This confirms that your order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped from the United States to the Canadian border, so please allow 5-8 business days for an update scan upon arrival in Canada.
Once your order is successfully scanned in Canada, delivery to your location via UPS or a local carrier is estimated to be completed within 3-5 business days
Shipping Exclusions: We are unable to ship to Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon.
Please Note: Rural shipping locations may experience extended transit times.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed after 10/9 will ship in approximately 2 weeks due to site maintenance.

Can I ship my order to a PO BOX?
Unfortunately, we are unable to service PO Boxes at the moment. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it?
There can be multiple reasons why your tracking states delivered but you have not received your package.
- Carrier Hand Off: Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
- Example: You may receive a UPS tracking number, but USPS may complete the final delivery.
- In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival depending on carrier.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Some carriers may hide packages to avoid theft.
If your package states delivered and you have yet to receive it after 48 hours, please contact customer service here.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been submitted we are unable to cancel or make modifications.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. You can also view the tracking information by clicking here.
Delivery time frames begin calculating once your order has shipped from our warehouse. Once tracking has been provided, allow for 7-10 business days for the carrier to update the status. Tracking may not update until your order reaches your local delivery provider. All orders are shipped from the US to Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: When an order is shipped out, your package may be transferred to a different carrier for final delivery. You can find your shipment's alternative tracking number as follows:
1. Open the shipment confirmation email and click on the tracking link
2. Click on the highlighted "View Details" link.
3. On Shipment Details, you will see the Alternate Tracking Number at the bottom section.
4. You can also track your package using the alternate tracking number on Canada Post's website.
